I consider myself old and sometimes misable or frustrated with our restricted medical system. Luckily i have had a family doctor since i was 20 years old. He has sent me to specialists only to have the gov deny my prescription on several occasions. He wiuld not discuss devils club with me. So i have replaced doctors visits with devils club priducts. 2 tirn ligiments in my neck. Use about once every week and a half or so. Doctor at hosp prescibed use once every 4 hours of voltarin.dc wins again. Always using it in my fingers and hands for severe arthritis and would not use anything else. Living a life of chrones i cant take strong medications that are prescubed anyways. My doc says dont take tylenol two days in a row. But i use devils club now. Yesterday i was on my feet longer than eight hours and had leg cramps at the end of the day. 8pm so i used my regular 2400 mg tylenol arthris pills but the cramps were so severe it really was not doin as good as it usually does so i tried something. I put elders rub all over my right leg. Well 15 minutes later there is no sign of cramps. But half an hour and my left started to cramp again. So i put it on that leg too. Well i learned what i wanted to. Cause the ekders rub did a better job than the 2400mg of tylenol. Im am tured if our health system. I save myself from so many dictors appointments and chemical pills. I hope thise who read this have the same experience im having. Cheers.
